Qualifications

• Must have experience leading and managing a team of engineers or technicians.
• Extensive experience in an Aero engineering workshop or with an Inspector's approval.
• Knowledge of basic planning, monitoring and managing workloads to achieve production targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate work in the Mechanical and Galley workshop.
• Manage team members for optimum performance and productivity.
• Complete appraisals of jobs and plan workload.
