Job summary

Babcock International is recruiting a Warehouse Operative at RAF Cranwell, near Sleaford, Lincolnshire, to manage receipt, storage and distribution of stock in a busy military logistics environment.

This full‑time, on‑site role is 39 hours per week with fixed hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00–16:30 and Friday 08:30–15:30. You will need a UK driving licence and the ability to obtain Security Check clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain or stores environment.
• Experience handling, receiving or distributing stock.
• Confident using computer systems to manage logistics or inventory information.
• Full UK driving licence; Category C1 licence desirable; forklift licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receipt, storage, movement and distribution of stock.
• Support delivery and collection of furniture to Service Family Accommodation and site locations.
• Collect and manage laundry and dry-cleaning requirements across the site.
• Maintain organized, compliant and secure storage areas in line with procedures.
• Ensure the physical security of stock, equipment and warehouse facilities.
