Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for travel across UK airports.

• Knowledge of satellite communications and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance on IFE / GCS installation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, collaborating with Customer Support Engineers.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for optimal system performance.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Document testing and repairs using computer and bar-coding equipment.

Skills

Experience in aircraft maintenance or technical field support

Proficiency in avionics

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Excellent knowledge of engineering applications for technical communications and training

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Good presentation and communication skills
