Sagentia Defence seeks a Head of Aviation Solutions in Cambridge to lead our opportunity pipeline and drive growth across airspace, regulators and aviation services. You will shape strategies, build high-value deals and oversee bids in collaboration with customers and stakeholders.

Candidate will be a proven leader with deep aviation network knowledge, capable of steering long‑term growth and engaging internal teams and external partners to convert opportunities into contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation-related sales or business development.
• Ability to translate market insights into growth plans and bids.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the aviation solutions business development strategy and plan.
• Ensure bid and pipeline quality and CRM data hygiene.
• Lead governance from opportunity identification to contract award.
• Own the commercial offer and lead pre‑award negotiations.
• Manage direct reports and cross-team collaboration to execute strategy.
