Job summary

A leading FM Service Provider is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a temporary role in Luton. This Monday to Friday position involves completing planned and reactive maintenance within an aviation environment. Candidates should be mechanically or plumbing qualified and have a proven track record in building maintenance. Responsibilities include maintaining pumps, boilers, and plumbing systems. An immediate start is available with pay at £25 per hour for this 2-week role, which can extend based on clearance of a Temporary Airside Pass.

Qualifications

• Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc).
• Proven track record in Building Maintenance, Mechanical bias.
• Must be able to pass a Temporary Airside Pass.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned and reactive maintenance in aviation environment.
• Maintain pumps, motors, seals, and bearings.
• Perform boiler and emergency lighting maintenance.
• Monitor BMS and UPS systems.
• Conduct plumbing tasks such as unblocking toilets.
