Qualifications

• Very well organised and methodical.
• Experience in other administrative roles.
• Excellent skills at Microsoft Word including use of styles, cross referencing, and bookmarks.
• Desirable – experience in an aviation environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the design change register for permits to fly and SDRs.
• Chase the status of SDRs and audit findings.
• Arrange permit-to-fly payments.
• Draft documents for review by the Office of Airworthiness.
• Monitor the company inbox for airworthiness issues.
