• Proven experience as a Design Manager or Design Coordinator within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of design processes, RIBA stages, and construction methodologies.
• Experience coordinating multiple design disciplines and managing consultants.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Design in managing the design process from concept through to construction.
• Coordinate and review design information from consultants.
• Manage design deliverables and document control.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Support the construction team with technical drawings and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Attend and contribute to design meetings.
