Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Undertake design work on aviation-related engineering contracts.
• Prepare 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings.
• Modify, update, and improve existing designs.
• Liaise with production, purchasing, and sales teams.

Skills

2D & 3D CAD software proficiency (AutoCAD, Inventor)

Knowledge of sheet metal, welding, fabrication, and GD&T

Understanding of fluid dynamics, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems

Good communication skills

Team-oriented with a proactive approach

Competent with Microsoft Office

Ability to work to short deadlines

Education

HNC in Mechanical & Production Engineering or BEng/MEng in Mechanical Engineering
