Job summary

Datatech Analytics in Farnborough is seeking a Graduate Analyst Consultant to join a hybrid team developing aviation analytics with machine learning. The role offers in-office collaboration three days a week and two days remote, with a starting salary of £32,000 plus benefits.

You will work on real-world projects in a small team, applying Python or R and statistical analysis, while gaining client-facing experience and a clear development plan led by senior staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate or early career degree in data science, analytics or related quantitative field.
• Experience applying machine learning to real world problems.
• Proficiency in Python or R and statistical analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Graduate entry level candidates with a data science, analytics or related quantitative degree, and demonstrable experience in applying machine learning to real world problems. Proficiency in Python or R and statistical analysis is required.
• Work in a team of four on specific projects where machine learning is key, and contribute to wider analytical projects related to airport operations, airspace capacity and air traffic management.
• Develop technical and analytical skills independently, demonstrating logical problem‑solving and project management skills.
• Communicate findings and work collaboratively, acting as a data expert on broader aviation projects.
