CPL Finance is seeking an experienced Avaloq Developer to join a major banking transformation programme. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, configuration, and support of solutions within the Avaloq Banking Suite, working closely with business stakeholders, analysts and technical teams to deliver scalable banking applications.

The role requires hands-on activity in parameterisation and customisation, with a focus on reports, workflows and interfaces.

• Design, develop, and implement Avaloq solutions end-to-end.
• Configure and customise Avaloq parameters to meet requirements.
• Develop and maintain Avaloq scripts, modules, and interfaces.
• Ensure coding standards, governance, and best practices are followed.
• Support deployments and post-implementation activities.
• Collaborate with analysts and architects to translate requirements into solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and share knowledge across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Avaloq Banking Platform.
• Configure and customise Avaloq parameters to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain Avaloq script packages and interfaces.
• Build and enhance Avaloq modules including:
• Reports
• Workflows
• Context Actions
• Order Validations
• Keys
• Additions
• Core Banking Components
• Perform unit testing and support system integration testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Avaloq applications.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure all developments adhere to coding standards, governance requirements, and best practices.
• Support deployments and provide post-implementation assistance where required.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
