Ernest Gordon Recruitment in Manchester is seeking an experienced AV Technician looking to move into a Project Management role within a luxury residential technology installer. You will oversee contract staff on smart home projects, provide on-site technical support, and assist with installations across the UK, with a focus on the Northwest.

The role offers £35,000–£45,000 a year, paid overtime, training, progression and private healthcare, with Monday–Friday hours and UK-wide travel.

Are you from an AV background with residential experience, looking for a Project Management with a company known for its innovative audio-visual, lighting, and IT solutions across high-end residential properties with a company that will offer continuous growth and training through internal courses?

Where you will join a close-knit service and maintenance team, you will be at the forefront of installing and commissioning the sophisticated systems across the UK with a focus on the North West.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing contact staff on site, and quality assurance for audio-visual, lighting control, home cinemas, golf simulators, IT networks, CCTV, and access control systems. Daily tasks include on-site service visits, scheduled maintenance, and minor upgrades, with occasional support for installation projects.
