About the Job
  • As an AV/Smart Home Service Engineer you'll provide remote and on‑site support, maintain system quality, and ensure excellent client service.
  • You’ll also contribute to help desk processes, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Respond to support tickets promptly, providing remote and on‑site solutions.
  • Ensure project quality assurance and smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, with thorough follow‑up on all cases.
  • Support process improvements and actively contribute in team meetings.
About You
  • Experience in AV, home automation, or smart home service / similar
  • Control4, AV/video matrices, and IP networking (ideal but not essential)
  • Strong diagnostic, problem‑solving, and client‑facing skills.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence; willing to travel between client sites.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and a positive, collaborative team player.
  • Any knowledge of KNX, Lutron, Crestron, OvrC, or other home automation systems is a plus
