About the Job
- As an AV/Smart Home Service Engineer you'll provide remote and on‑site support, maintain system quality, and ensure excellent client service.
- You’ll also contribute to help desk processes, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Respond to support tickets promptly, providing remote and on‑site solutions.
- Ensure project quality assurance and smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, with thorough follow‑up on all cases.
- Support process improvements and actively contribute in team meetings.
About You
- Experience in AV, home automation, or smart home service / similar
- Control4, AV/video matrices, and IP networking (ideal but not essential)
- Strong diagnostic, problem‑solving, and client‑facing skills.
- Full, clean UK driving licence; willing to travel between client sites.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and a positive, collaborative team player.
- Any knowledge of KNX, Lutron, Crestron, OvrC, or other home automation systems is a plus
