Blank Space Recruitment is seeking a technical Project Manager for live corporate AV events. You will lead large-scale events from initial quote and technical specification through to crewing, supplier liaison and on-site execution.

The role involves 50% travel, client-facing duties, budget management and team leadership, with opportunities to advance in a global business.

The role

Due to ongoing success and growth of their client base, we are now supporting with the hire of an AV Project Manager role. The Project Manager will lead on large scale events from initial quote and technical specification through to crewing, dealing with suppliers, venue liaison and the execution of the event from a production point of view. These will include large scale conferences, awards ceremonies and other corporate events and shows.

About you

You will be a strong technical Project Manager with experience in audio visual production, live events and end to end technical delivery. You will have led a team either as a line manager or supervisor and be confident with quoting and budget management as well as leading large scale events. A client facing and professional demeanour is key as is the ability to work well under pressure juggling multiple projects. Around 50% of the role will require travel to events.
