AV Pre-Sales / Post Solution Designer - We are seeking a professional to join our growing team, helping to win and deliver large-scale new residential bespoke AV projects. You will have 4 years of residential AV experience, a good eye for detail, and the ability to create high-quality technical AV presales and post-sales documentation and designs.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing an understanding of client requirements.
• Producing a scope of work and a list of dependencies for client agreement and sign-off.
• Creating the Bill of Materials and developing quotes for the sales team.
• Producing conceptual system schematics, AV positional layout drawings, and other necessary project drawings.
• Handing over projects to the active design and project management team upon appointment.
• Supporting mid-project variation documentation and records.
• Creating specialist drawings as required for custom production work.
• Coordinating drawing development with site survey results, sales and handover information, scope of works, M&E requirements, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Providing design support to the sales team on tender proposals, raising RFIs, and other supporting documentation.
• Occasional site attendance for project meetings.
• Collaborating with the sales team to produce accurate bills of material for tender responses and design & build projects.
• Monitoring industry product trends, changes, and integration challenges.
