Job description

A leading digital display solutions provider is seeking multiple Field Service Engineers to support its service and maintenance operations. This is a field-based role involving installation, maintenance and fault-finding on digital signage systems across the UK, with occasional overseas travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and commissioning of LED and LCD digital signage systems
  • Testing, configuration and setup of control and playback equipment
  • Diagnosing, repairing and replacing faulty components
  • Preventative and reactive maintenance of installed systems
  • On-site customer support and technical troubleshooting
  • Working at height when required
  • Occasional out-of-hours work (with advance notice)
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous field service or site-based engineering experience
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems, networking and software configuration
  • Ability to learn new systems and platforms quickly
  • Well organised with strong time-management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and professional customer-facing approach
Qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • CSCS card (required - may be expired)
  • IPAF and/or PASMA (preferred - training can be provided)
