You will provide field-based support and service for audio-visual and video conferencing equipment, ensuring proper diagnosis and repair of faults. Qualifications

• 4 years audio-visual experience in installation and tech support.
• Ability to terminate Cat5/6 cables and understand room acoustics.
• Quick response to service desk tickets and effective client communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and support to clients on-site.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on AV equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance visits and user training.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and adhere to site procedures.
