In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing advanced AV projects to life - configuring, testing, and commissioning systems that span audio, video, control, and networking technologies. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and installers, ensuring seamless integration and top-quality results for clients. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in AV and IT systems who enjoys problem-solving, hands‑on work, and travel.

What You’ll Do

• Commission, configure, and test AV and IT systems across diverse environments.
• Provide technical expertise on system design, integration, and end‑user functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.
• Troubleshoot complex audio, video, and networking issues.
• Train end‑users and provide Tier 3 technical support when needed.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AV/IT field experience.
• Strong knowledge of AV theory, system configuration, and IP networking.
• Proficiency with platforms and tools such as Crestron, Extron, Q‑Sys, Biamp, Dante, Cisco, Zoom, and Teams.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD documentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
