The role
  • Provide field‑based maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades for high‑end AV and networking systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve control, network, and distribution issues (audio, video, VLAN, IP, Wi‑Fi, automation platforms).
  • Deliver scheduled visits and reactive support, ensuring seamless system performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the wider project and service teams across residential and commercial environments.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and uphold exceptional client service standards.
You’ll need
  • Background in AV, Home Automation, Commercial Integration, or Networking / IT Infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of AV and networking protocols (VLANs, routers, switches, IP config).
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide (occasional European projects).
