We service customers ranging from large Corporate Organisations, SME’s, Education, NHS Trusts, Local Authorities, and Regional Airports.We deliver projects across the UK and occasionally throughout Europe.

We are seeking a skilledAudio-Visual (AV)CommissioningEngineer to join our team. This role involves programming, installing, andmaintainingAV systems while acting as the primary point of contact for clients with maintenance contracts. Youwill manage fault calls, schedule site visits, and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme,implementand commission corporate AV solutions.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV hardware and software, including projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, and control systems.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients with maintenance contracts, handling fault calls and coordinatingand attendingsite visits to resolve issues.
  • Provide technical support forclients.
  • Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure system compatibility and network integration.
  • Maintain documentation of AV systems and perform regular maintenance checks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an AV Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of AV systems,signal flow, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experiencedinplatforms such asCrestron, AMX, Extron, QSYS, Shure, Yealink, Kramer.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CTS or equivalent AV certification.
  • Certification inCrestron, AMX, Extron, QSYS, Shure, Yealink, Kramer.
  • Experience with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams,Webex).
  • Knowledge of IP-based AV solutions.
