Havas Media Network à Londres propose un poste d’AV Account Executive en entrée de carrière. Vous rejoindrez une équipe dédiée à la planification et l’achat de médias vidéo (TV, VOD, cinema et audio) avec formation complète et supervision.

Ce poste est hybride et s’adresse à des candidats avec un fort intérêt pour les médias et une bonne capacité numerique. Le poste offre une excellente porte d’entrée dans le secteur publicitaire, avec des perspectives de progression et un ensemble d’avantages.

Qualifications

• Aucune expérience préalable requise; formation complète lors de l’intégration.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en numeracy.
• Intérêt pour le média et la publicité et capacité à apprendre rapidement.

Responsibilities

• Planifier, réserver et acheter des campagnes VOD, CTV, audio et cinéma avec l’appui de l’équipe senior.
• Contribuer à l’achat des campagnes TV et comprendre le processus de planification TV.
• Gérer l’administration des campagnes: réservation, tagging, tracking et reporting post-campagne.
• Suivre delivery des campagnes et communiquer les performances aux managers et clients.
• Maintenir de bonnes relations avec les partenaires média et veiller au respect des briefs et KPIs.

The AV team is responsible for planning, booking, buying and monitoring video advertising on TV, VOD, cinema, audio (including Spotify and podcasts) and CTV (including Netflix) on behalf of our clients. Our client portfolio includes the likes of Dominos, Bumble, Hyundai, Kia, Dreams, Matalan, Studio Canal, Starbucks and many more. The AV team is made up of 6 teams, each usually made up of a Director, two Managers, a Senior Exec and/or an Exec. Each team is responsible for a different set of clients. No experience is required as full training will be given but strong numeracy and communication skills are a must along with an interest in media and advertising**Expectations of an AV Executive (after training) include (but are not limited to):** * Plan, book and buy VOD, CTV, audio and cinema campaigns with support from senior team members.* Assist with TV campaign buying and develop a strong understanding of the TV planning process.* Take ownership of campaign administration, including booking, tagging, tracking and post-campaign reporting.* Monitor campaign delivery daily and communicate performance updates to managers and clients where required.* Escalate delivery issues and work proactively to ensure campaigns remain on track.* Produce and distribute spot time and delivery reports to clients.* Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners and key partners.* Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately against brief, budget and KPIs.* Demonstrate strong attention to detail when buying media and managing campaign performance.**What’s on offer from Havas:** We want you to do the best work of your career.
