Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in Dover, DE, including private homes and senior living communities. You’ll assess mobility, independence, and quality of life, with a flexible schedule and in-home visits.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one Occupational therapy to older adults in homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence‑based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that improve mobility, independence, and safety.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system according to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate.
