Job summary

Medivet Bisley is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to provide high-quality first-opinion care in a community-focused practice within a five-practice group. You’ll work with a supportive team and access a broader clinical network, enabling you to grow your own clinical interests and pursue certificates.

You’ll have regular 1:1s for development and be part of a structured mentorship framework, with exposure to advanced diagnostics and 24-hour hospital support when needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified MRCVS and registered with the relevant veterinary body.
• Interest in developing clinical interests and leadership opportunities.
• Value regular feedback, mentorship and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional clinical care in consults and surgery to high standards.
• Develop tailored treatment plans with clients and work within the team.
• Collaborate to support Medivet communities’ development and knowledge sharing.
