Job summary

Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Sales Engineer with a CNC machining/precision engineering background to join a premium subcontract CNC manufacturing business in Milton Keynes. The role is field-based with hybrid elements and offers a car allowance.

You will develop and grow sales, manage key accounts, and drive new business across engineering sectors while coordinating with the in-house engineering team for quotations and feasibility support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer.
• Background in CNC machining or precision engineering.
• Strong new business and account management experience.
• Experience selling into engineering/manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of CNC subcontract machining services.
• Manage and expand existing customer accounts.
• Generate new business across engineering sectors.
• Sell into precision engineering companies, OEMs and manufacturers.
• Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to order.
• Work with internal engineering team for quotations, feasibility and technical input, allowing focus on customer development and revenue growth.
