Job summary

Nordic Balance Limited in SW19 is seeking a self-employed Sports Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinic on a part-time basis. You will take over an established diary with immediate patient flow and a late-October start to complete the handover.

Work autonomously with a commercial mindset, deliver deep tissue and rehabilitation therapies, and collaborate with physiotherapists, osteopaths, and podiatrists. 2–3 shifts per week, zero admin friction, growth through CPD.

Qualifications

• 3+ years post-qualification MSK/sports clinic experience.
• Proficient in deep tissue, remedial techniques, myofascial release.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and patient retention.
• Fully insured; Level 4/5 in Sports Massage Therapy or degree in Sports Therapy/Soft Tissue Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat a varied musculoskeletal caseload.
• Develop individual treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy and exercise rehabilitation.
• Communicate clearly with patients throughout their care.
• Collaborate and cross-refer within the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
• Contribute to the wider clinic and patient experience.
