Locum Ready is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support regional community clinic services around Martock, offering flexible locum sessions across community-based clinical environments. You will deliver autonomous assessments and assist with urgent patient demand in structured, supportive settings.

You will manage minor illness presentations, provide triage support and deliver routine care, with scope for short-term cover or ongoing arrangements.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Practitioner with relevant clinical background.
• Prescribing qualification (V300) desirable.
• Experience in community, urgent care or primary care settings.
• Strong decision-making and assessment capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in varied clinical environments.
• Enhanced DBS

Responsibilities

• Delivering NP-led sessions in community health clinics.
• Managing acute, minor illness and routine presentations.
• Supporting urgent care demand via telephone or face-to-face triage.
• Prescribing within scope where accredited.
• Completing clinical actions including results, reviews and follow-up tasks.
• Recording accurate and compliant clinical notes.
