Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Practitioner with relevant clinical experience.
• Independent Prescribing qualification desirable.
• Background in primary care, urgent care or community health.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Run autonomous NP clinics across community and GP environments.
• Manage acute presentations and routine assessments.
• Support urgent care demand with telephone triage.
• Prescribe safely within scope (if qualified).
• Review investigations and follow-up actions.
• Document clearly within service clinical systems.
• Assisting clinicians with general clinical duties where required.
