Job summary

Bodyset Physiotherapy Clinics is seeking a Chartered Physiotherapist to deliver high-standard care to a private medical insured and self-pay caseload. You will triage, assess, diagnose and treat within established clinical pathways, while building strong relationships with clients and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes autonomous decision-making, excellent communication, and ongoing CPD to maintain professional standards within the CSP and HCPC guidelines.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree or equivalent.
• Full HCPC registration and CSP membership.
• Ability to work autonomously while following Bodyset’s clinical pathways.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development (CPD).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, diagnose, and treat a designated clinical caseload as a Chartered Physiotherapist.
• Comply with Bodyset policies and guidelines to ensure consistent product delivery and patient experience.
• Communicate effectively with clients, parents, carers, and referring parties while respecting privacy and confidentiality.
• Counsel clients on nutrition, exercise, equipment, sleep, stress management and wellbeing.
• Proactively attract new and returning client business via corporate workshops with partnerships manager.
• Maintain accurate client documentation, records and statistics in line with SLAs.
• Continued professional development and attendance at external conferences/events.
• Adhere to CSP and HCPC standards of conduct and ethics.
• Support the multidisciplinary team to develop service improvements.
