• Experience working within community mental health team.
• Sound practical experience of patient care and engagement.
• Demonstrable understanding of various assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual assessment and treatment plans for service users.
• Deliver expert care in designated areas of expertise.
• Supervise and mentor Nursing Associate(s) and/or Mental Health Practitioner(s).

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to work on own initiative

Demonstrate understanding of recovery and rehabilitation philosophy

Education

Qualified and Registered Mental Health Nurse

Other advanced relevant training (Mentoring, Safeguarding, etc.)
