Job summary

DPD is seeking a Relief/Tramper Driver to support our national network. You will handle bulk collections across the UK using our modern HGV fleet, with four nights out per week and sleeping in your cab at secure DPD sites.

You will drive with autonomy, using GPS and logistics tech to manage routes, hit deadlines, and deliver great service while representing our values of Passion, Respect, Honesty, Flexibility, Caring and Accountability.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 1 (Category CE) Licence, CPC Card, and Digital Tachograph Card.
• At least 12 months of experience handling Class 1 vehicles.
• Excellent geographical knowledge of UK roads and a safety-first mindset.
• Resourceful, problem-solver who can work under pressure and hit deadlines while delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• 4 nights out per week (sleeping in cab at secure DPD sites).
• Operate with GPS and logistics tech to plan and execute routes.
• Maintain high autonomy, manage your route, stay professional and keep wheels turning.
• Transport pallet loads across the country as part of the national network.
