Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Health & Safety Trainer (IOSH Member) based in Reading with regular travel. The role focuses on autonomously delivering NEBOSH and IOSH courses to a diverse client base within a growing H&S training provider.

You will lead courses, pursue funded qualifications, and progress your career across the business while enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule, private medical care, and a structured progression path.

Qualifications

• IOSH membership is required.
• Experience delivering NEBOSH and IOSH courses.
• Able to travel regularly to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead varied Health and Safety training courses, primarily NEBOSH and IOSH.
• Deliver online and in-person training to a broad client base.
• Pursue funded qualifications and progress within the company.
• Travel to training venues as needed.
