Job summary

Maze is seeking a Product Engineer (Full Stack) to own the customer-facing product from UI to API in a fast-moving, startup-ready environment. You’ll ship end-to-end features and own your API layer that powers a React application, with autonomy and strong ownership.

You’ll combine modern front-end practices with robust backend services using Python/FastAPI, TypeScript, and a modular tech stack. Collaboration with product and design drives rapid delivery and scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building production apps with front-end and back-end ownership.
• Strong skills in TypeScript and React in production environments.
• Experience designing scalable RESTful APIs with Python/FastAPI.
• Background in B2B SaaS and enterprise product delivery.
• Deep understanding of database interactions and query optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from UI to API and database.
• Build performant REST APIs with Python/FastAPI.
• Develop front-end UI with React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS.
• Drive autonomous execution with startup velocity.
• Contribute to architecture and scale planning for the stack.
