East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated Critical Care Outreach Nurse to support acutely and critically ill patients across Eastbourne District General Hospital and Conquest Hospital.

You will work autonomously within a supportive team, covering two sites with 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends, and participate in staff education and professional development programs.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, highly motivated nurse with extensive critical care experience.
• Willing to work across two hospital sites on 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance and support to acutely and critically ill patients outside the critical care unit.
• Collaborate with ward-based teams and participate in education programmes for all staff.
• Complete orientation period and National CCO Professional Framework.
