Responsibilities

  • Contribute to training and supervision of rehabilitation assistants.

Skills

Completion of or working towards the Therapy Assistant Practitioner apprenticeship (NVQ 3)
Experience of working as an Assistant at an advancing level
Effective communication skills

Education

Completion of or willingness to complete the Care Certificate
