Job summary

Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust in London seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our community-based services near Enfield Town. You will manage a caseload in the MDT, delivering high-quality OT assessment and treatment in patients' homes and community settings.

The post requires a car owner/driver, a Diploma in OT, and strong clinical reasoning, communication, and NHS experience. Permanent, full-time with a salary of £45,953–£54,254 per year (Outer HCAS).

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in occupational therapy.
• Evidence of ongoing CPD in portfolio.
• Attendance at relevant post-Graduate Courses.
• Member of relevant CIG.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to a diverse population delivering high-standard OT care.
• Perform comprehensive OT assessments and deliver individualized treatment.
• Manage own caseload within a MDT, with supervision sessions and peer review.
• Undertake autonomous clinical duties and contribute to service protocols.
• Undertake audits/research and propose changes to practice.
