Job summary

Flogas Britain is looking for a Cylinder Driver (Class 2) to join our 1,350-strong team in the UK. You’ll deliver LPG cylinders to regular customers and new faces on time and safely, keeping customers informed about routes and changes.

With a LGV Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, tachograph knowledge and a strong health and safety mindset, you’ll thrive on autonomy and teamwork, supported by training and a competitive benefits package in Newport.

Qualifications

• LGV Class 2 licence (ADR in class 2 gases preferred, supported to gain if not held)
• Driver CPC and tachograph card; knowledge of driving hours and tachograph regulations
• Calm, unflappable approach; commitment to health, safety and wellbeing
• Willingness to stay in touch with the team and stay flexible
• Keen to learn new ways of doing things to improve service
• Willing to have a DBS check

Responsibilities

• Deliver LPG cylinders to regular customers and new faces on time and safely
• Maintain safety and compliance in all deliveries
• Keep customers informed about routes and delays
• Work autonomously with the team to prepare for deliveries and the day ahead
