Job summary
The JobsBoard is seeking a qualified Hearing Healthcare professional for a full-time role across multiple practices in Greater London. You will conduct thorough hearing assessments, advise on hearing solutions, and fit hearing aids while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
You will maintain records, stay current with technology, and collaborate with clinicians. The role offers a £42,000 base salary with uncapped commission/bonus, a company car, private healthcare and 25 days leave.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Hearing Aid Audiology or related field.
- Valid certification as Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser.
- 1–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of hearing assessment techniques and hearing aid tech.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough hearing assessments to determine nature and extent of hearing loss.
- Provide expert advice on hearing solutions including hearing aids and implants.
- Select, fit, and dispense hearing aids for proper functionality and comfort.
- Conduct follow-up appointments to fine-tune devices and address issues.
- Offer counselling and support to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate patient records with assessments and plans.
- Stay updated with advancements in audiology and hearing aid tech.
- Collaborate with otolaryngologists and primary care physicians.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
