Locum Ready is seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner for flexible regional primary care sessions across Westerham. You will deliver advanced assessments, manage same-day presentations and support routine patient demand within GP and community services.

Qualifications

• Level 7 Advanced Practice qualification.
• Independent Prescribing (V300).
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community settings.
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and communication skills.
• Confidence working autonomously in new environments.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Running autonomous ANP-led clinics within primary care settings.
• Managing acute, undifferentiated and minor illness presentations.
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face triage.
• Prescribing safely within scope of competence.
• Reviewing results and handling routine follow-up actions.
• Recording accurate clinical notes within the clinic’s digital systems.
