Qualifications

• ACPs must be able to perform autonomous assessments across varied clinical presentations.
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making in primary and urgent care.
• DBS clearance enhanced and professional registration where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Run independent ACP-led clinics across care centre and GP settings.
• Assess acute, undifferentiated and routine presentations.
• Provide telephone and on-site triage during high-demand periods.
• Prescribe and initiate treatment where qualified.
• Complete routine clinical actions including results, reviews and referrals.
• Document accurately in digital clinical systems.
