Job summary

The Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust seeks two experienced Nurses or Allied Health Professionals to join the Adult ADHD Service as Band 7 practitioners. You will lead specialist assessments, formulation, and support across the ADHD diagnostic journey, working autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct around 6-7 new ADHD assessments per week with 4-5 weekly feedback calls, contributing to a high-quality, person-centred care pathway and ongoing service

Qualifications

• Experience in adult ADHD assessment and care pathways.
• Ability to contribute to formulation and diagnostic decision-making.
• Strong communication with service users, families, and professionals.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team and clinical governance.

Responsibilities

• Undertake approximately 6-7 comprehensive ADHD assessments per week.
• Conduct 4-5 feedback appointments weekly and develop personalised care plans.
• Provide specialist advice and psychoeducation to service users and carers.
• Participate in triage, screening, risk assessment, and clinical formulation.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and contribute to service development and quality improvement.
