Job summary

Locums First in Wooburn Green is seeking Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioners to deliver autonomous ACP-led care across primary care and community services. Sessions are fully flexible, with daytime, evening and weekend options, allowing you to choose shifts that fit your skills and preferred pattern.

You will work independently in ACP-led clinics, support urgent care demand through triage, and have on-site clinical leads for support.

Qualifications

• Level 7 Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification.
• Experience in primary care, community or urgent care.
• Independent Prescribing qualification (V300) desirable.
• Enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Running independent ACP clinics in community and GP environments.
• Managing acute and undifferentiated presentations.
• Supporting urgent care demand through triage and streaming.
• Prescribing and initiating treatment where qualified.
• Completing follow-up tasks and reviewing results.
• Recording detailed and accurate clinical notes.
