Qualifications

• Level 7 ACP qualification required or equivalent.
• Background in nursing, paramedic science, or allied health professions.
• Independent prescribing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Run independent ACP-led clinics across care centre and GP settings.
• Assess acute, undifferentiated and routine presentations.
• Provide telephone and on-site triage during high demand.
• Prescribe and initiate treatment where qualified.
• Complete routine actions including results, reviews and referrals.
• Document accurately in digital clinical systems.
