Automotive Technician

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £28,000 - £39,000 basic (dependent on experience & accreditation) + Bonus (annual value up to £18,000)

We're looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join a busy, well-equipped workshop. You'll complete servicing, repairs, and diagnostics to a high standard using modern tooling and manufacturer-approved processes. This role offers clear progression routes into senior and master technician pathways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance to manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
  • Complete all work within health & safety and quality guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and Workshop Control
  • Deliver excellent customer service through high-quality workmanship
Requirements
  • Relevant automotive qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
