Ideal candidates will possess extensive automotive technical experience, ideally at the Master Technician level, and have a proven track record in delivering high-quality training solutions. This position offers a salary of up to £45,000 per year, with a permanent contract and additional benefits such as life assurance and 25 days annual leave.

Qualifications

• Strong motor vehicle technical experience ideally to Master Technician level.
• Experience delivering a variety of technical training topics.
• Ability to translate learning interventions effectively for performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training courses and learning interventions covering all technical content.
• Manage personal schedule for training commitments effectively.
• Ensure evaluation documents and course administration is completed.

Skills

Strong motor vehicle technical experience

Experience of delivering face to face learning

Strong facilitation skills

Intermediate IT Skills – All Microsoft Office Packages

Understanding of blended learning
