The Role

Salary: 37,000 - 40,290

Location: Milton Keynes

Working Hours: Onsite/40hrs per week

As an Automotive Technical Trainer, you'll play a vital role in delivering engaging and impactful training to technicians across the Volkswagen Group network.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering core technical and project-based training programmes through a variety of methods - including classroom sessions, practical workshops, virtual classrooms, and live broadcasts.

  • Developing and updating training materials for new model launches and evolving technologies.

  • Representing the brand at factory events and product launches, ensuring the latest innovations are communicated effectively to learners.
