• Must have working experience as a Service Advisor.
• Ability to upsell on service work and service plans.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding service and repair work.
• Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems.
• Update Customers and Vehicle Records.
• Prepare and complete Invoices.
• Advise on estimated costs and timescales for repairs.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.
