£33,000 - £35,000 Basic + Annual KPI Bonus | Monday-Friday | 1 in 3 Saturdays | Motor Trade

Our client, a reputable and customer-focused motor trade business in the Belvedere area, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their professional and friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual who thrives in a busy aftersales environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

The Role:
  • Acting as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.
  • Managing bookings, job progress, and customer updates efficiently and accurately.
  • Advising customers on service and repair requirements, providing clear explanations and accurate costings.
  • Working closely with technicians and management to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting the wider team to achieve performance targets and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
Hours & Benefits:
  • Working pattern:
    • Two weeks: 07:00 - 17:00
    • One week: 09:00 - 19:00
    • 1 in 3 Saturdays: 08:00 - 12:00
    • Some flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.
  • Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 basic + £2,000 annual KPI-driven bonus.
  • Holidays: 22 days per year (plus bank holidays).
