A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established main dealer with an excellent reputation for quality, service, and customer care. Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers to the Service Department, ensuring their vehicles are processed in line with manufacturer and company standards.
  • Manage the Service Department diary efficiently to maximise technician utilisation.
  • Promote the dealership’s service facilities to encourage repeat business across Sales and Aftersales.
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure professional service at every stage.
  • Upsell service, repair and parts options to meet revenue and profit targets.
  • Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a dealership Service Advisor role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Professional, ambitious, and proactive with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Confident managing a busy service environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Full UK driving licence.
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 basic
  • OTE: £34,000 – £36,000
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • Benefits: Company pension, performance-related bonus
  • Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required
