Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd in Dagenham is seeking a hands-on Commissioning Engineer with strong Schneider PLC expertise to support a major automotive manufacturing project on-site. The role focuses on PLC software modifications, commissioning, fault-finding and live production‑line support.

You will develop Schneider PLC software, implement changes on PL7, Unity Pro and Control Expert, troubleshoot on live lines, and collaborate with site and engineering teams to ensure equipment operates reliably

Qualifications

Experience with Schneider Electric PLCs (Schneider PLCs) and automation software.
Proven ability to modify PLC software and perform commissioning activities.
Strong fault-finding skills on live production lines.

Responsibilities

Develop and modify Schneider PLC software.
Commission automated production equipment.
Fault‑finding and troubleshooting on live production lines.
Testing and validating software modifications.
Supporting production and commissioning activities.
