Job summary

Hallmark Solutions Ltd. in Belfast is recruiting a customer service–oriented Sales Assistant for Bavarian BMW, 2 Boucher Crescent. You will support customers through the sales journey and strive to meet targets with enthusiasm.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ GCSEs (C or above), at least one year in a customer service role, strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, solid MS Office knowledge, a full driving licence (21+).

Qualifications

• 5+ GCSEs (C or above) or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a customer service role.
• Enthusiasm for excellent customer service and automotive technology.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Team-oriented personality, always willing to help and support others.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop while keeping up-to-date with innovations and complex/technical/product information.
• Strong organisation skills.
• Good knowledge of computer applications (MS Office).
• Full, valid driving licence (21+ for insurance purposes).
