Job summary

An automotive company in the Worthing area is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives. This non-selling role focuses on developing team performance and maintaining high customer experience standards. Ideal candidates will have senior sales experience in the motor trade and a passion for team leadership. Competitive salary of up to £45,000 with the potential OTE of £65,000.

A well-established main dealer in Worthing is seeking a driven, people-focused Sales Manager to lead a busy showroom team and play a key role in the site’s ongoing success.

This is a non-selling position, ideal for someone who enjoys motivating others, maintaining strong presence on the showroom floor, and driving daily performance through hands-on leadership rather than direct sales.
